With additional training in trauma therapy, we will support you through your recovery with constant communication to find a pace and treatment plan that fits your needs.

Nurse Practitioner, Registered Psychotherapist
I have been a nurse for over 15 years and more recently decided to focus on mental health having seen the importance it plays in all aspects of individual’s lives and health. I am trained and experienced in doing counselling and psychotherapy with adults, couples, adolescents and children. I have also worked in pediatric hospice, hospitals, long-term care and community settings.
I hold the following qualifications:
- I am a registered Nurse Practitioner, and Registered Psychotherapist
- I have a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Nursing
- I completed three years of personal psychological analysis
- I am a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Additional training includes: Gottman Level 1, Non violent communication, EMDR Basic Training
- First Responders United Volunteer: First Responders United Retreat
In addition, I am continually updating and refining my professional skills by participating in ongoing academic and professional courses, seminars, individual case consultations and supervision, and group case conferences.

Fees: $175 per 60-minute session.
Services covered by the majority of third-party insurance companies.
